Thank you it was excellent service and you had backup to solve my problem with my printer still showing I needed to replace the drum and it was a simplify.
The only comment I have when you order from Printzone you are given the option to have the item delivered the same day. I ordered on a Saturday morning and did not received Printer Drum until Monday so I paid the extra cost but did not receive the same day service. When ordering it should say excluding weekends.
