Ultimately it worked fine and I am quite happy with the product. When I say ultimately I when I have bought cartridges in the past they were always a complete unit including the drum unit. I was not aware the toner cartridge and drum unit separated. It took some time to work out how. Since there were no instructions. I am still unsure as to whether Ishould replace the drum unit at the same times the toner. Anyway it all seems to work well. Summary. Service was fine. Product quality is good assuming it lasts the claimed number of print pages. Documentation would have helped.
