I ordered stock online, and received the order with a couple of days.. excellent service. The cartridges are working well.
I phoned to check that the cartridges were the right ones for my printer and received excellent phone assistance. My cartridges were dispatched the same day I ordered them and actually arrived the next day in Tassie - which is 11 out of 10 for the carrier service Printzone used. I can't comment yet on what the cartridges are like in use as in order to avoid one of those "Oh no" moments when the printer runs out of toner while working on an urgent task I was being sensible and ordering while the printer was saying "low toner" . However, I don't expect any problems - these days anyone who sells poor quality or dodgy items usually doesn't last long :) Printzone were the cheapest I found for these cartridges and as a student that's an important factor in deciding what to buy.

Service levels were excellent. Ordered late afternoon, and the product arrived 9am the next morning. The only problem, and I'm sure its not a Printzone issue, is that the toner page count usually falls way short of the suggested page use of the cartridge.

If you have an OKI printer, do yourself a favour and pay the extra for the original product. I have had nothing but grief since I installed these "compatibles". Never again!!!!
