Just love the service and all the help you get if needed. Being rural sometimes it is over a week before you get your order but with printing it's generally a few days which is amazing especially given alot of my printing is done for my disabled daughter.
As for the cartridges they're exactly the same instore but way cheaper, on average $10 difference for the same item.
So for quality and service there's no way I can fault either of them.
